Shipping policy
We generally ship within 2 business days via Express Air Mail worldwide!
Delivery is generally taking 1-3 weeks depending on the destination address location.
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE:
- Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
- United States & UK: orders should arrive in 5-14 business days.
- Rest of the World: orders should arrive in 5-16 business days
Please allow extra time for processing your order during public holidays and busy periods. Customs and Postal Service may also require extra time to work on the processing/delivery during peak season or before major festivals, holidays.
We use Priority International Express Mail Services, which are delivered to you by your local postal service, which is liable for delivery. Your orders will be delivered to your mailbox, or you may have to go to your post office to pick them up. Orders are sent directly to you from our international warehouses mainly located in Singapore.
TRACKING AND ORDER STATUS
If you ordered trackable service - you will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. This email contains a link, enabling you to follow your shipment's progress. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours from the time you receive the shipping confirmation email before the tracking is active.
